Manage or cancel your subscription
VetKeep Pro is billed through Apple. To manage or cancel, open the VetKeep app's Account screen and choose Manage Subscription, or go to iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account & data
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: Account → Delete Account. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion for you. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and for how long.
